PCI Certification
We consulted Indigo on the path to achieve Retail PCI compliance for their POS systems. This project took over a year and dozens of staff to complete. Indigo achieved their PCI certification in Sept 2010.
Database Upgrade
We consulted Indigo to upgrade some of their existing Windows 2003/SQL 2000 infrastructure to Windows 2008 and SQL 2008 R1. This project required three phases and a team of about a dozen to complete

Full ERP and POS solution selection
We selected the ERP solution provider and hardware to support a 30-50 store retail chain with an all Mac design studio in New York. This meant setting up a WAN to support a North American wide network. The application had to support a distribution center, wholesale channel, financial tracking system, replenishment, POS and reporting services.
